PUR hot melt adhesive
The curing process of PUR hot melt adhesive (reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive) has unique dual characteristics. In its initial curing stage, a bonding interface is formed through physical solidification, and then a chemical cross-linking reaction is triggered by contact with moisture in the environment, which releases trace amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. With the increase of crosslinking degree, the adhesive layer gradually forms a polymer with a three-dimensional network structure, endowing the material with excellent cohesive strength and interface stability. The fully cured PUR hot melt adhesive exhibits significant performance advantages: its dense molecular structure not only achieves IP67 waterproof performance, but also can withstand acid and alkali solvent erosion and temperature shocks from -40 ℃ to 120 ℃. In the UV aging test, after 2000 hours of QUV accelerated aging, it can still maintain over 90% of its initial adhesive strength, fully demonstrating its excellent weather resistance characteristics.
